The idea of a little stroll

Some years ago, I mentioned to my family that one of the things I had on my Bucket List was to hike at least 100 km on the Camino de Santiago in northern Spain. There was a general roll of the eyes and even some mocking. Although I invited the whole family to join me, there was only one that had some excitement and interest in going along with me on this little stroll was my daughter Mandy. When she said, "let's do it," the decision was made. We needed to plan our trip around her family planning (go figure!). We began talking about this trip three years ago with the date being September 2019. Well, here we are. We are about to set out on a magnificent, challenging, never-to-be-forgotten adventure; father and daughter.
